Rain to Fall in Jakarta and its Surrounding Areas

Meteorology Climatology and Geophysics (BMKG) predicted rain with mild intensity would pour part of Jakarta areas in the morning.

"This morning, light rain is pouring Seribu Islands," said Hary Tirto, BMKG’s Public Relation, Sunday (11/11).

In afternoon, Jakarta and its surrounding areas will be sunny and cloudy. But rain will pour North Jakarta, Central Jakarta, and West Jakarta. And heavy rain will hit East Jakarta and South Jakarta.

At night, rain will fall in Seribu Islands, North Jakarta, Central Jakarta, West Jakarta, East Jakarta and South Jakarta.

"At tomorrow's dawn, light rain will pour Seribu Islands, North Jakarta, Central Jakarta, West Jakarta, East Jakarta, and South Jakarta," he stated.

While Jakarta's temperature reached 24-31 Celsius degrees with humidity for about 70-95 percent and southwest-northwest wind for about 05-25 kilometer per hour.

"Beware of potential rain accompanied by lightning and strong winds in West Jakarta, South Jakarta, North Jakarta, and East Jakarta in the afternoon," he stated.
